Based in Derby, Scenariio is a leading provider of smart technology and cabling infrastructure to the commercial real estate industry and end users including clients such as Severn Trent, Mondelez (Cadbury), Tarmac and Gymshark.

With the company set for significant growth as smart technology becomes an essential part of sustainable and efficient buildings, Scenariio has expanded it’s team with the appointment of Tom Erskine as Business Development Director.

Tom joins the team with many years’ experience working in business development and marketing, including several years at Marketing Derby working with major national developers on regeneration and construction projects. 

Tom’s career has also taken in positions at Smith Partnership Solicitors and Nielsen McAllister PR. He is also a co-founder and shareholder of Bustler Market, and as part of his role, will be involved in developing business growth for that business as well. His knowledge, network and experience will be invaluable as Scenariio continues to grow.
