As 2025 draws to a close, it’s a good moment to reflect on what has been a significant year for Scenariio. From record sales and new client wins to deeper partnerships and service diversification, the past twelve months have marked an important step forward for the business.

Below, our Managing Director and Operations Director share their reflections on the year, the progress made and the momentum building as we head into 2026.

Rob’s perspective:

2025 has been a standout year for us: our best year ever for sales. It’s been great to see continued repeat business from our valued existing accounts, alongside some significant wins with new clients.

This year also marks a major transition as we prepare to leave The Chocolate Factory, our home for the past 5 years. It’s a space that holds so many great memories and has been the foundation for our growth. Moving to our new offices is a big step forward, and it’s exciting to see our company branding and website being developed in tandem. We’re looking forward to launching these alongside our new home.

The AV team and meeting room technology have continued to evolve and grow, becoming an increasingly important part of the services, we offer. It’s pleasing to see how the teams have adapted and expanded as the business grows. While there have been challenges along the way, the resilience and determination everyone has shown to keep driving the business forward is impressive.

As we head into 2026, the momentum we’ve built shows no signs of slowing. With new offices, a refreshed brand, and a strong team, we’re well-positioned for another exciting year ahead.

Russell’s perspective:

2025 has seem some interesting diversification for several of our key customers from just providing pure network cabling projects to starting to use more of our services and smart solution offerings.

We have seen some key customers undergo transformation projects that have made use of IP based systems to improve business efficiencies and use the technology in new ways. We have also been able to help some of our key customers as their business grows using both incremental services, and our services and staff, to underpin their staff members without the need to add additional head costs to their businesses.

We have found that there has been an increase in the managed service offering covering a multitude of technologies and services from us, all under one umbrella. This diversity has allowed us to support our customers better, by offering more support-based services than just pure network cabling infrastructure installations. This approach has also strengthened our relationships with several of our key customers, as we are new working more closely with them in a larger variety of areas.

We have seen substantial growth in the business as a whole during the year, especially around the AV side of the business, and we have been able to flex our project delivery teams and our approach to be able to continue to deliver installations to the same quality levels.
