As part of a strategic consolidation of office locations, Carlsberg Britvic relocated from their former Solihull premises to Radcliffe House, a newly refurbished shared office facility.
The move required the transition of existing collaboration technology into a smaller, reconfigured workspace. The objective was to retain value where possible, upgrade where necessary and deliver a reliable meeting room experience.
Scenariio was appointed to manage the AV relocation, integration and enhancement of the new environment.

The focus was on supporting a smooth transition during the merger of Carlsberg and Britvic, while ensuring teams could continue to collaborate without disruption.
Challenges of AV integration within a multi-contractor fit-out project.
AV integration sits at the final stage of a fit-out programme and depends on the progress of other trades.
In this project, power and data installations were completed before final AV layouts were confirmed. Acoustic treatments were also delayed, affecting installation sequencing.
These factors required careful coordination and flexibility to ensure delivery remained on track without compromising performance or finish.

• Decommissioning and relocating existing AV systems
• Upgrading Logitech systems using Cat5e conversion kits
• Installing neat Centre camera technology
• Supplying specialist brackets and wall mounts
• Mounting room booking panels
• Integrating new components with existing infrastructure
