Located on the 16th floor of a managed office building, the workspace provides around 75 bookable desks for a hybrid workforce of approximately 120 employees.
Preparing Workplace Technology for a Leeds Office Move.
As part of a wider office relocation project, System C moved into a new hybrid workspace in Leeds designed to support flexible working, collaboration and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Scenariio was brought in to deliver workplace technology installation and desk setup services across approximately 70 workstations as part of the wider office move. The project presented several logistical and operational challenges.
The office was located on the 16th floor of a busy managed office building, requiring careful coordination and efficient delivery within tight timescales. Existing floor ports were not aligned with the final desk layouts, meaning cabling routes needed to be adapted beneath floor trays while maintaining a tidy and consistent finish.
The desks themselves also varied in height and required manual adjustment across the workspace to ensure a consistent user experience. In addition, some furniture deliveries had been delayed, meaning temporary desks needed to be installed initially so the office could still open on schedule.
